Are You Running Out Of T-Shirts?

Exciting news! The Visio Conference has been officially announced! I've been expecting a catchy title, such as VisCon '08, but the official title is:
Microsoft Office Visio® Conference 2008 (!!!)
And it's all happening February 5 - 6 at the Microsoft Conference Center in Redmond (Redmond: say SE-AT-TLE, and pack your umbrellas!)
Visio conferences are great places to meet other Visio developers, Solution Providers, Microsoft MVPs and members of the Visio Team in the flesh! With such a good mix of Visio-ness, you're certain to walk away with more knowledge than you'll know what to do with, and ideas that won't wait until your plane lands back home!
This year's event will feature a Partner Track and a Developer Track. That means for every suit that attends, there should be one pocket protector along as well.
The exhibition hall will be full of Visio Partners, showcasing the solutions and businesses they've created on top of the Visio platform. I am always amazed to see what folks are doing with Visio, and the business problems they're solving.
There's also a hands-on lab to allow you to try out the exciting new features that you'll learn about.
No word yet on what will be revealed regarding the next version of Visio. Perhaps we'll get some comments on this post from the MS Visio Insiders... 
Now, we all joke about the weather in Seattle, but it's not like New York or Chicago or Munich is much better in February, and it will certainly be warmer than those places, if not drier. Seattle has outstanding dining, and the downtown area has plenty to do, so stay an extra day or two if you can. And there are coffee houses everywhere, many of which offer free wi-fi, so you won't miss an e-mail!
Last year's conference had an evening event at the Experience Music Project museum of music history, so we were able to socialize, have a beer or two, and rock out with the drums and electric guitars on "Please Touch" display. So there's certain to be fun for all this year as well! Oh, and I'm sure you'll pick up a t-shirt or two!

I’m always fascinated how you find the time. It’s going to be tough this year where to spend the money (mvp conference is soon after the developers conference). I think your graphic for this article should be submitted to the team as a proposed one for the conference.
